Facebook Announces New Business Products for Personalized Messaging
Recently, Facebook has launched new business tools which will help brands connect directly with their leads and customers. Thanks to this new tool, your brand will now be able to focus on personalized messaging and brand discovery.
With these new tools, once your brand creates a messaging ad, Facebook will identify where your audience and potential customers hang out the most and suggest you message to them on that platform and/or service. Finding where your target audience hangs out and meeting them there is key to a successful marketing campaign and this Facebook update will help eliminate a lot of the guesswork.

Instagram Will Release Feature to Convert Stories to Reels
It seems like these days every social media platform is just trying to become the next TikTok and Instagram is taking their efforts to the next level. Right now, Instagram is testing the Montage feature which will allow users to select Stories to convert into Reels clips. Twitter is testing out ‘Communities’
Remember a few months ago when we mentioned that Twitter was unveiling a feature that would allow Twitter users to create and join groups around specific interests — like plants, cats, cars — allowing them to see more tweets based on those topics? It’s finally here! Communities will help your brand get started without the struggle of the platform’s current open-ended nature. AKA no more shouting into the void.
