    Gmail is a MUST (and it’s free). The ease of use compared to other email platforms is unparalleled. On top of that, Gmail has Google Sheets, Mail Merge (for influencer outreach), Google Docs, Calendar, and so many other wonderful tools for team communication and efficiency. It is the perfect all-in-one tool.

    This is a tool we just began using but so far it is a smarter (and more affordable) way to post to Instagram. You simply schedule your post, gallery, or story, and Planagram will actually post the content to Instagram for you. It is a time-saver and gets an A+ in our book so far.
