We’ve all done it, it’s embarrassing, a prime example of “curiosity killing the cat.” I am talking about clicking on those oh so intriguing Facebook posts that indicate one of your friends has “liked a link.”
Your perversion gets the best of you and you click on it which results in you liking this same “link” which then becomes your status and the entire process starts all over again. In a way, it’s like someone that does not disclose the fact that they have an STD, similar to this “link” both are viruses that blindside their victims and can prove to be difficult to get rid of. This is a friend of mine that claims to have “accidentally” clicked on this link. We all know that’s not the case but he’s been tortured enough, especially because he never got to see the outcome of “Father walks in oh his own daughter.”
Here’s another one There was no amazing effect behind this link, other than the fact that this girl was stuck with this picture defining her status for all of her friends to see.
The worst virus on Facebook has to be the one that EVERYONE falls for, “click here to see who viewed your profile.” Just a little tidbit of advice, unless your name is Mark Zuckerberg, YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SEE WHO VIEWED YOUR PROFILE. This particular virus randomly posts on your friend’s pages which is like your very own virtual idiot stamp.
